عُقد منتدى شباب العالم لأول مرة في نوفمبر 2017، حيث شارك شباب من جميع أنحاء العالم في محفَل دولي ثري وشاب، للتعبير عن آرائهم والخروج بتوصيات ومبادرات، في حضور نُخبة من زعماء وقادة العالم والشخصيات المؤثرة. ومنذ ذلك الحين، أصبحت الفرصة متاحة أمام الشباب للتواصل مع كبار صانعي القرار، والتواصل مع شباب واعدين من المنطقة ومن كل أنحاء العالم، عازمين على جعل عالمنا مكاناً أفضل للجميع. وفي المنتدى، تشارك مجموعة متنوعة من الحضور؛ بما في ذلك رؤساء الدول والحكومات، والقادة الشباب الدوليين، والشباب الملهم في مُختلَف المجالات، والشخصيات الدولية البارزة ومجموعات شبابية من جميع أنحاء العالم.
يتناول منتدى شباب العالم ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: السلام والتنمية والإبداع، ومن خلالها يتم مناقشة عدد كبير من الموضوعات المختلفة التي تهم الشباب، مما يخلق منصة للتعبير عن وجهات النظر وتقديم الأفكار وتبادل الخبرات من خلال الجلسات وورش العمل.
